Xi'an Jiaotong University City College (XJTUCC) is a high-class bachelor-degree college permitted by the Ministry of Education and established jointly by Xi'an Jiaotong Univeresity (XJTU) and private enterprise. The City College combines the educational resources of XJTU and private enterprise, which creates a contemporary higher education system.
